Tickled Pink!

Just when I thought all was lost, my friend Barbara gave me a link to a website that has a program you download to retrieve photos that a cat erased from a camera chip!

It took about an hour, but I was sure excited to see all my photos back! Thanks so much Barbara - you're a lifesaver!

Another reason to be tickled pink today is the Kentucky Oaks horse race. It is the day the locals go to the track. For the first time, they had a Pink Out at the track in support of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Susan G. Komen's sister, Nancy Brinker, was in attendance today. They asked everyone coming to Churchill Downs to wear pink! One hundred thirty five cancer survivors formed a parade to bring the horses from the stable to the track, and then they were in the winner's circle when Rachel Alexander won the race!

Enjoy the parade photos! I was only allowed to upload 50 photos, so I tried to give a sampling of the parade. These pictures were taken through a glass window, but I think they turned out pretty good!

Happy Oaks Day ~

They turned out great Laura! Just glad I wasn't one of the ladies in Pink that had to pick up the poop! lol!

Brent helped Andria when she lost all her pictures on her memory card last summer. As long as you only delete, and not re-format, you should be okay. Unfortunately some of andria's pictures were only half there, but he retrieved a good portion so she was happy. And they were from her trip to Niagara Falls!

Darned that Newman! ; )
