It's All Over Except the Crying!

I did my duty. I voted. I was the only one there! They said it was busy this morning, but at noon - just me!

I'll be glad when all the political mud slinging commercials are gone. And I pray that this country will get behind whomever is elected. The fat lady is stepping up to the mike!

Now I want to sway your vote. Bless Our Nest is having a pumpkin contest. Fern's son carved a pumpkin and it is #21...Could we count on your vote??

Laura, I SO miss those stickers that said you voted. Wearing them all day are the COOLEST!
I was trying to explain that to my Icelandic friend at work.
I had to email my ballot in.

I hope people get behind whoever is elected too. My husband had a long talk with my son about how we respect the President even if it wasn't who we voted for. Wouldn't it be nice if everyone did!

You don't have to agree...just respect!

I'm so glad it's over now. I too, hope we can all just get behind and support our new president.

I'm so glad the ad campaigns can stop now. I was so so so tired of them.

Oh, those commercials! They run here in Canada too, you know. Now that the election is over, all the commercials are about Christmas!!!

You aren't kidding, thank goodness it's O-V-E-R!

When Elise and I went in to vote there weren't any lines either. It was great! We were in and out in under 5 minutes. Since she helped me vote I gave her my sticker.

The only Christmas commercial I've seen so far has been for Ferrer Rocher. I love those chocolates!
